134A School Registration Instructions - Academic Year 2021-22: -

1. This registration is for admissions under rule 134A for the current academic year (April 2021- March 2022).

2. The School Registration process under rule 134A will be as per the following schedule:

   Start Date: 9 October 2021 10 am

   Last Date: 17 October 2021 12 am (midnight)

   Website: http://134a-hr.in/

3. The School Registration process for this year will be “online only”.

4. The District and Block Education Officers will be responsible for ensuring complete registration within their districts and blocks. Strict action will be taken against schools who do not follow the process.

5. If you have any queries during the process of registration, please email on haryana134a@gmail.com. You will receive a response within 24-48 hrs. In case the school receives no reply, please escalate it to the respective DEOs.

6. After filling each page, click save and next to go to the next page.

7. After filling all the details, please remember to click on submit.

8. All fields with * are mandatory to fill.

134 A स्कूल पंजीकरण निर्देश - शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2021-22: -

1. यह पंजीकरण वर्तमान शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2021-2022 के लिए नियम 134 A के तहत प्रवेश के लिए है।

2. नियम 134 A के तहत स्कूल पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया की अनुसूची निम्नलिखित है -

   आरंभ दिनांक - 9 अक्टूबर 2021 10 am

   अंत दिनांक - 17 अक्टूबर 2021 12 am (midnight)

3. इस वर्ष स्कूल पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया “केवल ऑनलाइन” होगी।

4. जिला एवं खंड स्तर के शिक्षा अधिकारी अपने सम्बंधित ज़िले और खांडो की पूर्ण पंजीकरण की ज़िम्मेदारी लेंगे | प्रक्रिया का पालन नहीं करने वाले स्कूलों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

5. यदि स्कूलों को इस प्रक्रिया के दौरान कोई प्रश्न या चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़े , तो वे हमें haryana134a@gmail.com पर लिख सकते है । आपको 24-48 घंटे के भीतर जवाब मिल जाएगी | अगर स्कूलों को कोई जवाब नहीं मिले, तो कृपया अपने संबंधित DEO को संपर्क करे |

6. सभी प्रकार की जानकारी ध्यान से भरें और "आगे बढें (Save and Next)" बटन पर क्लिक करें।

7. सभी जानकारी भरने के पश्चात "जमा करें (Submit)" बटन पर क्लिक ज़रूर करें।

8. स्टार * लगे हुए डब्बों में जानकारी भरना अनिवार्य है।

9. कृपया जानकारी टैब को फॉर्म भरने से पहले  ध्यान से पढ़े | विस्तृत निर्देश सभी पृष्ठों पर मौजूद हैं। फ़ॉर्म में ध्यान से सही जानकारी भरें|
